Join us for an experiential introduction to natural, practical & easy tools to be more happy, healthy, confident & energetic during your life @ IIST. In just 3 sessions you will learn powerful breath work, cool yoga & deep meditations. Sessions will also include music, surprise guests & lots of fun! 

The program will be led by Mr. Anand Narayan, an engineer, ayush-certified yoga trainer, singer and TV anchor who has been conducting such programs in IIST since 2017. Students have given excellent feedback about these sessions, both online and offline.
