Anand is one of the 1st yoga trainers from South India to be certified by the Govt of India (Ministry of Ayush). He is also one of the 1st trainers in India to acquire an RPL Level 6 certification in Yoga from the National Skill Development Council apart from being accredited by the International Yoga Alliance and the Indian Yoga Association.

A Software Engineer (ex-TCS) by qualification Anand has taught yoga and other acclaimed stress-management techniques to diverse communities and groups. While his workshops centre around corporates, colleges and the youth, he has also trained prison inmates, rural folk as well as the Indian armed forces.

 

He is the Kerala State Coordinator of the Art of Living Institutional (College) Programs & Yoga Programs. He teaches the Happiness Programs, Youth Programs, Yoga @ Work, Prison Smart & Effortless Meditation Programs of the Art of Living; and has led Satsang concerts all across India, in Dubai & Moscow

He is also a popular television anchor, singer and stage performer who has performed in more than 16 Countries around the world. He has won the Radio Mirchi Music Award once and was nominated twice. As a TV Host, he has anchored several prime-time reality shows in Kerala.

In 2022 Anand was invited to the Kerala Raj Bhavan where he taught yoga to the Governor of Kerala & few other govt officials. He has also taught yoga at the Kerala Legislative Assembly.
