A recent study at Yale explored mental wellness interventions with surprising results.
After eight weeks of trial and months of analysis, researchers found that the SKY results were the strongest, showing significant improvements for stress, depression, mental health, social connectedness, positive emotion, and mindfulness. The emotional intelligence program showed positive improvement for one marker, mindfulness. The Mindfulness (MBSR) group did not show any significant changes.
